When creating a education program, the three key touch points for your audience are:

  • Before
  • During
  • After

Before the conference – how are you connecting to potential attendees?

During the conference – how are you connecting to attendees? This is where we spend the bulk of our time. (Let’s include planning education sessions in here)

After the conference- how are you connecting to attendees after the program?

The split is likely close to:

  • Before 15%
  • During 75%
  • After 10%

What if the time spent shifted a little:

  • Before 20%
  • During 60%
  • After 20%

What would you do with the extra time to connect with learners before and after the program?
