A Missing Link?

With all the time spent on planning the actual day of the conference, there is less opportunity to spend on engaging learners after the conference.

Most conferences will send out administrative information about collecting (education) credits but very few send out drips of key takeaways from the conference to better help learners remember what was taught.

We’re often moving on to the next thing, the next program to plan, or putting on one of the many hats we wear.

However, what if you select three key takeaways and how they can be put into action – then scheduled three emails to go out to attendees, one email for each takeaway. With technology today, you can write the emails at the same time (batched) and then schedule them to go out at different times over a few weeks.

I’d love to know if you try this and what the response is. Good luck and happy linking!
